Parent-School Compact

 

This agreement, known as a school-parent compact, outlines the specific ways that parents, school staff, and students will contribute to enhancing student academic performance. It also details the actions that will be taken to establish a strong partnership between parents, school staff, and students to support the children in meeting the State's rigorous academic standards.

As a Parent/Guardian I will…

support my students academic and social growth

  • work towards ensuring my students basic needs are met

  • establish healthy boundaries for screen time with my student

  • access school and teacher communication to identify ways to support my student’s educational experience

As a Student I will…

Demonstrate kindness to everyone in my community. 

  • Give my best effort in and out of school. 

  • Communicate with the trusted adults at school and home. 

  • Do my part to make sure I can attend school daily

  • Take actions to support my academic and social growth

  • Contribute to making my school a place where all students want be a part of

As a School we will…

  • Communicate in a helpful and timely manner with students and families. 

  • Hold high expectations for all and hold people capable of meeting expectations

  • Meet students at where they are at to further their learning

  • Establish relationships with students, families, staff both in and out of my building/department, and community partners to support the growth of all students.
